• We make every effort to ensure accuracy of product descriptions but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card information.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after processing.
• Processing time is 1–3 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Defective or damaged items are replaced at no cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our sites — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Strive Commerce or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
